What Happens Next

We'll contact you to discuss your requirements, and email the template for this cup to you or your artist
We'll review your artwork when it has been returned to us, and let you know if any corrections are required
Your artwork hard proof will be prepared by our artists and sent to you for review and approval
You sign the hard proof to state that you have accepted the artwork and intend to proceed with custom printing your cups
You pay a 50% deposit
Your cups will be manufactured and printed in Australia, then delivered to our warehouse complex. This takes approximately 3 weeks
We notify you that your order is ready for collection / shipping and request the final payment of the remaining 50% of your invoice total.
Your cups will be shipped to you / made available for collection.

You can elect for your cups to be warehoused at WF Plastic for an additional fee, or have your whole consignment of cups sent to you / collected from our warehouse complex at Warwick Farm in metropolitan Sydney.
