2. If this is the first time that you have ordered these cups from us, you will also need to order your printing plates here
3. Proceed to the checkout, and finalise your order (select Direct Deposit for your payment method)

• We'll contact you to discuss your requirements, and email the template for this cup to you or your artist 
• We'll review your artwork when it has been returned to us, and let you know if any corrections are required
• Your artwork soft proof will be prepared by our artists and sent to you for review
• Any modifications that you require will be made, and new a proof sent as required 
• You sign the final soft proof to state that you have accepted the artwork and intend to proceed with custom printing your cups
• You pay a 50% deposit
• Your printing plates are manufactured
• Your cups will be manufactured and printed, then delivered to our warehouse complex.  This usually takes between 10 and 12 weeks 
• We notify you that your order is ready for collection / shipping and request the final payment of the remaining 50% of your invoice total.
• Your cups will be shipped to you / made available for collection.
