2. If this is the first time that you have ordered these cups from us, you will also need to order your printing plates here
3. If you require the services of our Artwork Department, add the Artistic Services item to your shopping cart.
4. Proceed to the checkout, and finalise your order (select Direct Deposit for your payment method)

• We'll contact you to request your artwork, or discuss your requirements
• After we have reviewed your artwork we'll request a 10% deposit prior to preparing your proof/s
• Your artwork proofs will be prepared by our artists
• We'll send your proof/s to you for you to check
• Any modifications that you require will be made, and new proof/s sent as required 
• You sign the final proof/s to state that you have accepted the artwork and intend to proceed with custom printing your cups
• You pay a 40% deposit (totaling 50% to this point)
• Your printing plates are manufactured
• Your cups will be manufactured and printed, then delivered to our warehouse complex.  This usually takes between 8 and 10 weeks 
• We notify you that your order is ready for collection / shipping and request the final payment of the remaining 50% of your invoice total.
• Your cups will be shipped to you / made available for collection.
