• We'll contact you to request your artwork, or discuss your requirements
• We'll send the cup template to you or your artist
• We'll check your artwork once we receive it back from you or your artist
• A deposit will then be payable
• Your soft proof will be emailed to you, including a 3D PDF to allow you to interact with the cup
• You'll need to sign the final soft proof to state that you have accepted the artwork and intend to proceed with custom printing your cups
• We'll manufacture and print your cups. This usually takes up to 4 weeks with everything being done here in Australia
• We'll notify you that your order is ready for collection / shipping and request the final payment of the balance of your invoice
• Your cups will be shipped to you / made available for collection.
