Q: Do I need to use a credit card to register?

A: No, your credit card details are only required when you finalise a purchase. We process payments securely with eWay, one of Australia's largest card processors. ↑ Back to Top

Q: How can I keep a list of the products that I usually buy?

A: We're already doing this for you. Simply log in to your account and click on Reorder Items. You can also start a Wish List for future purchases. ↑ Back to Top

Q: Is it secure to shop online with WF Plastic?

A: Yes. Our website is protected with a Comodo SSL certificate. You will see a padlock and "https" in your address bar during login and checkout, ensuring your data is encrypted. ↑ Back to Top

Q: I've forgotten my password. How can I log in?

Shipping

Q: What is V-Weight?

A: Volumetric Weight is the shipping cubic weight. It is calculated by package dimensions and compared to physical weight; carriers charge based on whichever is greater. ↑ Back to Top

Q: What is the Shipping Guarantee?

A: You only pay the ACTUAL shipping cost. If our automated calculator overestimates by $5 or more, we credit the difference to your account for future use. ↑ Back to Top

Q: Where is my order?

A: We usually ship the same or next day. You will receive an automated email with a tracking link to monitor your consignment's progress. ↑ Back to Top

Q: Why are there so many shipping options?

A: We provide multiple carriers so you can select the most cost-effective option for your specific location. ↑ Back to Top

Q: Can I purchase pallets or mixed pallets of stock?

A: Yes. For large orders, select the Pallet Freight (to be quoted) option at checkout, and we will find the best rate for you. ↑ Back to Top

Q: How much does it cost to have a pallet shipped to me?

A: When your order for pallet quantities of stock is placed, we'll find you the best shipping rates prior to finalising your order. At this point, your order will be updated with accurate freight costs. We'll ensure that you're kept informed of all shipping fees and delivery time frames for your order. ↑ Back to Top

Q: Do you deliver to PO boxes?

A: No. Only Australia Post delivers to PO Boxes, and couriers cannot drop off there. Please provide a street address. ↑ Back to Top

Q: Can you ship my order to a private address?

A: Yes. Whilst it is better to have your order delivered to a business address if you are able to, we are able to ship to private addresses as well. However, your consignment will be marked with an Authority To Leave (ATL). Couriers may charge a redelivery fee should your premises be unattended at the time of delivery if your package is not marked with an ATL. Where possible, you should provide us with delivery instructions if your delivery is going to your home. ↑ Back to Top

Payment

Q: Do the prices include GST?

A: As a B2B wholesaler, prices are shown excluding GST. The GST component is calculated and shown in your cart and checkout. ↑ Back to Top

Q: Why can't I pay bills higher than $2000 with credit card or PayPal?

A: To avoid passing credit card fees to our customers, transactions over $2000 are limited to BPay and EFT. ↑ Back to Top

Q: Do you charge a fee for credit card payments?

A: We don't pass on any fees for Visa Card and Mastercard payments. In fact, we welcome credit card payments from our customers as one of the most expedient and secure methods of payment. Please note that we do pass along a subsidised fee for American Express payments. ↑ Back to Top

Q: I can't find the product I'm looking for?

A: We have over 2,500 items. If you can't find it via search, please contact us as we may have it in stock offline. ↑ Back to Top

Q: I purchased an item in stock, but was told it's out of stock?

A: Because we operate a "bricks and mortar" store in Warwick Farm, local sales can occasionally impact online levels before the weekly sync. We will call you immediately to resolve any discrepancy. ↑ Back to Top

Q: I ordered a special order item. Why hasn't it shipped yet?

A: Special order items including some tamper evident containers, black takeaway container, some freezer grade containers, some ex print items and a few other lines need to be ordered-in prior to being shipping to you. We have placed details in the description of each item to let you know when it usually arrives at our dispatch warehouses. For example,  special order tamper evident containers arrive each week of a Tuesday for dispatch. Please refer to the product description for details, or contact us if you're unsure. Q: Do I have to be a business to buy from WF Plastic?

Q: I placed my order, and wish to add another item to it. What should I do?

A: Just contact us to let us know and we'll give you a call to update and finalise your order. If your order has already shipped, we'll let you know so that you can place a fresh order. ↑ Back to Top
