Our Returns Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 7 days from the delivery date. You must return the item back in brand new original packaging and unused, unopened condition. We cannot accept any returned item which has been opened. These are the policies set forth by the product manufacturers, therefore we cannot accept any returned goods that do not abide by this policy. Goods cannot be returned without prior consent from WF Plastic Pty Ltd. Please contact us PRIOR to returning any stock. Goods returned without a valid RMA will be refused. This policy excludes custom printed items, specially ordered items including tamper evident containers, black takeaway containers, freezer grade containers, BioPak lines, GreenMark lines and any other items that do not form part of our locally warehoused stock.  All exclusions are handled by negotiation.
 
We must receive your returned item back within 14 days from the date that it was originally delivered to you. Please allow us 7 to 14 days from the time we receive your return to process your refund. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back via a traceable carrier (such as TNT or Australia Post Registered) with insurance for the full amount of the product cost. You must pay all costs related to return shipping.
 
After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund according to your original payment method, less the original shipping/handling cost and 20% restocking fee. On orders with  a free promotional shipping offer or otherwise shipped free of charge, we will deduct the original shipping cost charged by the carrier.
 
Items that do not form part of our locally warehoused stock lines including BioPak and Greenmark lines may incur additional return freight charges, plus a restocking fee.  The return freight charge and restocking fee is levied by the third party logistics firms retained by these companies. Note that returns will only be accepted within 7 days of the original delivery by these firms, with a strict requirement that there are no opened or damaged sleeves. 
 
Damaged Stock
Claims for goods damaged in transit will be handled on a case by case basis. We may elect to replace damaged goods, or may provide a pro rata refund at our sole discretion. We will require photographic evidence of the damage sustained prior to addressing your claim for damaged stock. Under certain circumstances we may first need to raise a claim with our carrier or the manufacturer prior to settling your claim for damaged stock. Unsubstantiated claims for damaged stock and fraudulent claims will not be addressed.
 
Misuse Of Stock
Claims for goods that have been damaged through misuse, or use outside of the properties of the product substrate will not be entertained. Your use of our products is solely at your discretion and liability. You should always test a sample of any product to ensure its suitability for the use to which you intend to put it to.
 
Refunds - Credit Card, Direct Deposit, PayPal
Refunded payments will only ever be returned to the account from which they originated. If you paid with your Visa card, your refund will be returned to the same card.  This is the same for Mastercard, PayPal and Direct Deposit refunds.
 
Refunds - BPay
BPay refunds will be primarily settled in the form of store credit for partial refunds, but may be otherwise settled by negotiation under special circumstances. For total refunds of BPay transactions, you will need to first return all stock to us in new unopened condition under the RMA that we issued to you for the return. Once we confirm receipt of goods, we will ask you to lodge a Trace & Recall with your bank so that your funds can officially be returned to their originating account.
 
Compensation For Lost Time / Damages
WF Plastic can refund for damaged / faulty goods according to these terms and conditions, but will be unable to compensate you for lost time or damages due to goods arriving  damaged / faulty.
 
Excess Stock From Sold / Wound Up Businesses
Requests for us to buy back excess stock from businesses that have been sold or wound up will not be entertained. Please ensure that you include all excess stock as part of the sale of your business. If your business is being wound up, you will need to organise for the sale of any excess stock through other channels.
 
Excess Stock From Events 
Requests for us to buy back excess stock from events with less than expected sales will not be entertained. Please ensure that you purchase only what you need for any event. Any left overs from the event cannot be returned.
 
Undisclosed Delivery / Timing Requirements 
You should disclose any special delivery requirements that you have prior to completing your order. These requirements include, but are not limited to hand unloading of pallets, delivery on specific days, delivery during particular hours, delivery prior to a particular date and delivery after a particular date. We can advise you if we can meet your delivery requirements.  WF Plastic cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third party carriers.  If we cannot meet your specific delivery requirements, we may suggest that you elect to pick your order up from our warehouses or that you arrange your own same day courier. Products that failed to meet undisclosed delivery / timing requirements may be returned by negotiation, but WF Plastic reserves the right to refuse such return requests. Items returned under these conditions will have the original shipping fee deducted from the refund, and will incur a 20% restocking fee.
 
Undisclosed Special Product Requirements 
You should disclose any special requirements that you have for a product that you're purchasing from us if the requirements depart from the advertised general usage of the product. We can advise you if the product will meet your special requirements, or suggest that you first sample the product. Products that failed to meet undisclosed special requirements may be returned by negotiation, but WF Plastic reserves the right to refuse such return requests. Items returned under these conditions will have the original shipping fee deducted from the refund, and will incur a 20% restocking fee.
 
Panic Purchasing and Buyer's Remorse Returns
Change of mind refunds and exchanges will not be available for items from the following categories and related subcategories until further notice:
  • Facial Tissues
  • Toilet Paper
  • Paper Towels
  • Hand Sanitisers
  • Baby Wipes
  • Wipes
  • Washing Powder
Please be careful to only purchase the quantities that you reasonably expect to use rather than stockpiling unreasonable quantities of these lines.
