Introduction
At WF Plastic, we are committed to ensuring our SME partners get the best value on every order. To keep our rewards program sustainable and fair for everyone, we are moving to an Annual Rewards Cycle starting this year.
What’s Changing?
To align with the Australian financial year, our current rewards scheme will conclude on June 30, 2026.
On July 1, 2026, we will launch a fresh, updated program. This allows us to keep our pricing sharp and our rewards relevant to your business needs.
Important Dates to Remember
- June 30, 2026: All currently active rewards points and vouchers will expire. We recommend drawing down on any balances before this date!
- July 1, 2026: The new annual cycle begins, and your points balance will reset to zero.
The New 2026/27 Program Details
We’ve listened to your feedback and kept the best parts of our program while adding some clear guardrails to ensure we can continue offering wholesale rates:
- Same Great Earning Rate: You’ll still earn points at the same rate for every dollar spent.
- No Minimum to Start: There is still $0 minimum spend to start accruing points on a transaction.
- Flexible Redemptions: You can redeem points starting from $5.00 per transaction, up to a maximum of $50.00.
- Annual Refresh: Points will now reset at the end of each financial year (June 30).
What’s Not Included?
To protect our lowest-margin and highest-resource products, rewards points will no longer be earned or applicable to:
- Pallet Orders: Because these are already heavily discounted for bulk volume.
- Custom Print Orders: Due to the bespoke nature and extended production time of these specialised products.
Our Recommendation: Use Them Now!
Since most of our active customers use their points as they go, you likely won't see much change. However, if you’ve been "saving for a rainy day," now is the time to apply those points to your next order of disposable food packaging and cleaning supplies.
