BioPak natural sugarcane 30mL sauce cup lids are completely plastic-free and are microwave safe. Made from sugarcane pulp (also known as Bagasse) which is the by-product remaining after sugarcane juice has been harvested and refined. The sugarcane pulp is repurposed to produce biocane lids, which otherwise would have been disposed of.
BioCane Background
BioPak's broad range of biodegradable plates, platters, bowls, trays and containers are manufactured from bagasse. Bagasse is the natural by-product of sugarcane after the juice is extracted from the cane. Rather than going to waste, BioPak processes the bagasse material and molds it into heavy weight, high quality tableware.
