BioPak Aqueous coffee cups are the future of compostable coffee cups. Double walled aqueous paper cups feature an additional outer layer of heavy duty, premium textured paperboard to provide better heat insulation and comfort for your consumers. All paper is sourced from sustainable plantations, with the aqueous coating providing a leak and grease proof coffee cup. They're manufactured using a water based coating instead of traditional plastic or bioplastic, which is applied and absorbed into the plant fibres.
Aqueous cups are odourless, food safe and are certified commercially compostable to European (EN13432), to Australian (AS4736) standards and are also certified home compostable to AS5810 standards.
