BioPak Aqueous coffee cups are manufactured using a unique water-based barrier coating instead of traditional plastic or bioplastic, making them an eco friendly alternative to standard coffee cups. Aqueous cups are odourless, food safe and feature an additional layer of heavy duty, premium textured paperboard to provide better heat insulation and comfort for consumers.
Aqueous paper cups are commercially compostable to European (EN13432), to Australian (AS4736) standards and are also certified home compostable to AS5810 standards.
Eco friendly coffee cups are an excellent substitute for standard foam or plastic lined paper cups. Eco friendly paper cups also have the added advantage of showing your customers that you care about your carbon footprint. Many council areas today will only allow eco friendly packaging in food service areas. We have a full range of compostable packaging, perfect for satisfying even the most discerning local council.
