BioPak Aqueous coffee cups are the future of paper coffee cups. Double walled aqueous paper cups offer customers an extra layer of textured paperboard for better insulation and comfort. These double wall cups don't require double cupping or an additional cup sleeve making them more economical and eco friendly than standard single wall cups for hot teas, Americanos etc. They're manufactured using a water based coating instead of traditional plastic or bioplastic making them ideal to use in environmentally conscious cafes, restaurants, food trucks and more.
Aqueous double wall paper cups are made with paper sourced from managed plantations and are certified industrially compostable to European (EN13432), to Australian (AS4736) standards, and are also certified home compostable to AS5810 standards.
Eco friendly aqueous cups use a water based barrier coating that is absorbed into the plant fibres of the cup to provide leak and grease proof benefits. These cups are odourless and food safe making them the perfect alternative to foam cups and traditional plastic lined paper cups.
