Directions for Use

• Always wear chemical resistant gloves, safety goggles, long sleeves, long pants, and closed toe shoes before handling. Ensure the workspace is well ventilated.
• Do not use on aluminum, galvanized metals, or zinc surfaces, as it will corrode the metal and produce flammable hydrogen gas.
• Always add caustic soda to cold water - never add water to caustic soda. Adding water directly to solid caustic soda causes superheating and violent splashing.
• Mix gradually with cold water, stirring until dissolved to minimise splattering.
• Do not mix with any other chemical.
• Unblocking Drains, Pipes & Gully Traps:
  1. Mix 100g caustic soda in a plastic bucket filled with 2 litres of cold water.
  2. Stir gently using a plastic or wooden tool until dissolved. The solution will heat up as it dissolves.
  3. Pour the solution directly down the drain or gully trap.
  4. Allow it to sit undisturbed for 15–30 minutes to dissolve fats, oils, and organic blockages.
  5. Flush through with cold water.
• Deep Cleaning Floors (Concrete, Bare Masonry & Kitchen Floors):
  1. Wet the target concrete or floor surface thoroughly with cold water first.
  2. Sprinkle a fine, controlled layer of caustic soda powder over the wet area.
  3. Broom into the surface thoroughly using a hard-bristled broom until all granules are dissolved into a paste.
  4. Allow it to work on grease and grime for 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Hose off completely with high pressure cold water.
• Stripping Old Paint Coatings:
  1. Mix 100g caustic soda in a plastic bucket filled with 1 litre of cold water.
  2. Apply the solution evenly over the painted surface using a chemical resistant brush or applicator.
  3. Allow the chemical to sit until the paint lifts and bubbles.
  4. Scrape off the softened paint and rinse the underlying surface thoroughly with clean water.
