Four Point Sandwich Wedge

Four point sandwich wedges are an excellent choice for presenting a full sandwich cut into quarters (small triangles). For catering purposes, quarters from four different types of sandwich are often presented in the same sandwich wedge. This will give your customer variety, without them having to consume four separate sandwiches.

 

Capri four point sandwich wedges are made from recycled PET and are part of their Envirochoice range. Each sandwich wedge snaps closed securely using two tables along the front edge. Unlike some snap lock sandwich wedges, the Capri ones can be reclosed securely over and over.
