Finally - More Telephone Lines
WF Plastic now has two inbound telephone numbers, and a bunch of new outbound lines.
After a LOT of fussing around with Optus and Telstra, and a full week of no phone lines at all (and me chanting "Calm Blue Oceans" for 7 days), we finally have two lines available for you to call us on. We've also added a lot more outbound lines. If you get a busy tone on (02) 9600 8330, please call us on (02) 8208 3355. We've installed a brand new PABX too, so there's a fresh IVR system to help you to connect to the right team - "1" for Sales, "2" for Custom Printing, "3" for Accounts, and "9" if you would prefer to just leave a message and have us call you back.
All voice mails are immediately emailed to the team members' desktop computers. If you're ordering out of hours, you'll be directed straight to voice mail where you can place your order. We'll process it as soon as we return to work the following day.
